Preston and Keith were the technicians that performed this service on July 27, 2022. I can only say positive things about these technicians. They were very thorough, making some minor repairs (exposed nails). They took photos of the roof, which I received via email soon after the visit. Preston is very professional and knowledgeable, and clearly explained what the issues are with my roof and its overall condition. I have had this service with Arocon for a couple of years and I derive much peace of mind in maintaining my roof with Arocon until I replace it. The work was done on time as scheduled, and the crew performed an excellent job. Photos are used to show the old roof and the work being done, which I keep for the record. The 'no leak' lifetime warranty applies to labor and materials. In addition, the GAF lifetime manufacturer's limited warranty applies to material defects. These warranties are transferable. The cost is a little over my budget, but with the materials used, the quality of work, and the lifetime warranties, I think it's worth it."
