"Joe and his team did an exceptional job helping us integrate multiple projects in our basement and the results were outstanding! We had to have our existing partially finished basement demolished so we could have french drains and a sump system put in, as well as a geothermal heating/cooling installation accomplished, after having an existing oil burning furnace and radiant heating system removed. The basement restoral project included plumbing and sink replacement, electrical and lighting efficiency upgrades, framing and drywall replacement, door replacements, flooring replacement, and a few decorative additions to give the space some character. The entire process: scoping, design, coordination, execution, and detailed wrap up was accomplished under a great leader and problem solver with highly credible and expert tradesman. "After calling around to several providers, I chose Perry Hall because they gave me a repair quote instead of trying to push an entire siding job for my rental property. I needed the job done quickly as there was a huge snow storm coming at the end of the week.  Gary scheduled the repair for the day that the storm was predicted to come in.  Naturally, I was worried that they would not get the job done before we got hit with the 3 feet of snow coming that evening.  To my surprise & delight the job was completed prior to the bad weather.  Also, they were able to match the siding so close that it is hard to tell where the replacement was put. That was lucky for me since the original siding was put on back in 1996. The area was cleaned up and luckily the workers got home safe.  They did a great job and I would recommend them.

"The job required some additional plumbing work which was included at no additional cost.  The tile work is beautiful, and includes some unique detail that I would never have considered.  He installed new shower doors to replace the old shower curtain which added to the overall appearance of the room.  The materials used were first rate and construction techniques high quality.  Overall, we were very pleased with the finished product and believe we received high value for the price.  Walter is easy to deal with, dependable and reliable.  He made every effort to ensure we were happy with the finished product.  I plan to call him again for my next home renovation project.
