Although the project took longer than I had anticipated, Mark was able to talk me off the ledge when I just wanted it done. He told me in terms I could relate to, "it's like the Marathon, don't crawl across the finish, finish strong".   He was a perfectionist and demanded the same from his workers. He was very attention detailed and pointed out things that I never would think of.   He was price was very fair, competitive and most importantly transparent. He broke down each individual job and payments were made when each job was done, not just quarterly lump sums. 
  I am completely satisfied with my new/old house and now have the space to entertain big gatherings or just hunker down in front of the fire.  The only problem I have is that my dog seems to miss the attention all the guys gave her and now looks for treats whenever I walk in the door!"

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
