They encapsulated the crawl space and placed an industrial dehumidifer and made sure all downspouts were channeled away from the house to a point the water would drain away. They regraded a portion of my yard so that the water would flow away from the house and oversewed the area nicely with grass seed. They reinforced a small area of the wall from inside the crawl space with concrete."

"Jason did a great job with our backyard.  We had a huge concrete slab/driveway that took up almost half of our yard.  Jason cut out most of the concrete, used the remnants to level out the space, and made a beautiful new set of back steps, patio, and drainage in our yard.  He also made a great little fire pit.  He finished with leveling out the yard, laying sod/seed, and planting some plants.  The project was extensive and took more time than we would have liked, but most of that was due to a very rainy spring (and the need for dry ground to do the next steps in the project).  We would definitely use Jason again in the future.    He envisioned the project, created exactly what he said he would, and kept the cost to a minimum.  Now we have a very enjoyable backyard instead of a concrete parking lot.  We love it!

"It's been about a month since they recapped our back patio, filled in a 5x10 bare section and made a step from the back door. They were done in a day and took on a few extra projects with the skid steer since they were here. Mike and Richard came by twice to answer our questions and gave us options for our budget. "One corner of the house had settled creating cracks in the concrete block walls of the garage. Raisecrete hand excavated the corner plus 1 area on the north wall, and 1 area on the east wall about 5 feet from the corner. They dug to approximately 2 feet below the foundation footer, placed #4 rebar in the areas excavated and poured 4000 PSI concrete to create new spread footers. After the new footers cured, heat treated steel plates were placed on the footers, then 30 ton bottle nose jacks on the plates, then heat treated steel plates on top of the jacks underneath the existing foundation. The jacks were used to raise the foundation back to its original position (as close as possible) and then encased in 4000 PSI concrete. The excavated areas were then backfilled with dirt. In addition, the stucco was removed from several areas along the cracks and carbon fiber strips epoxied to the concrete block. After curing, the carbon fiber patches and the cracks were covered with stucco. The only disappointment with the finished product is that the color of the new stucco is much darker than the existing stucco.
