"We have been calling on San Angelo since we moved out here 10 years ago, whenever we have a plumbing issue. Replace grinder, replace hot water heater, upgrade outside faucets, repair toilet, install water line for refrigerator. Each and every time they have gone above and beyond. "Converted 2 hot water tanks to a tankless system. Very professional, courteous, and good communication. Quality of the work and cleanliness was excellent. System operating for about one week now - no issues with the volume of hot water. We had a recirculating pump that is now included with the tankless unit- so still tweaking temperature to find the right balance."

"Recently, I had a sewer pump replaced. Ken was the installer. He throughly inspected the sewer pump and miscellaneous parts. He explained the work to be performed. Ken replaced the sewer pump system and cleaned up the work area. He explained Brocks warranty as well as Zollers warranty. Prior to leaving he made it clear for us to contact his office if we have any issues. Overall, Ken demonstrated professional skills, knowledge and did a high quality job. We would definitely contact Brock Mechanical for all our water related needs."
