These guys fell short of a one day delivery but showed up in a timely manner to work on a Saturday to get it done. One word of advice. A re-shingle is a messy job. Starting with my point of contact Mac who did a WONDERFUL job explaining the process and providing a comprehensive step by step of how the installation of my replacement roof would be completed. My home currently has solar panels which needed to be removed before the installation of the new roof could begin, due to the slow response from the solar company this took over 4 months! Dispite this headache, while waiting for the removal the Charm City Roofing Team checked in with me periodically, maintained my tentative install date and continually assured me they would get the job done. "I contacted with Walter's Home Improvement to install an under-deck rain removal system.  My deck has additional supporting structures which complicated the job.  Several contractors had recommended against installing a rain removal or diverter system due to my unique deck design.   Walter looked over the work and immediately recognized the difficulty involved.  After some careful study, he suggested a solution which made sense, and I agreed with his proposal.  He engineered the system and supervised its construction.  After testing, he made additional modifications that improved the overall performance of the system.  The finished product is attractive, brighten up the area under the deck and is fully functional.  Although not a perfect solution, the area
under the deck is dry and protected.  I am very pleased with the work and grateful that Walter had the confidence to take on this job.  I highly recommend him and his company, and I personally plan to use them again."

"I had my roof replaced by Peak Custom Remodeling in November of 2020, and they did an outstanding job. The salesman who came to my home initially was knowledgeable and professional. He explained the exact benefits of the product he was selling and of using their company without applying any pressure. The roofers themselves were efficient and professional. They showed up early and had my roof completed within about a half day. I had asked ahead of time that the company tell their roofers to please be extra careful about picking up degree such as nails. I am blind, and I would have trouble seeing that kind of thing. I was told they would make an extra pass. They did an outstanding job on that too; I haven't found a single nail or other debree in my yard. Finally, the manager who called to enquire whether I was happy with the work was friendly and interested in whether I was completely satisfied, as was the gentlemen who came out to do the final inspection of the work. IN addition to doing a good job on the work itself, this company went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied as a customer. They did the extra cleanup pass as I mentioned. They also did several other little things that, while not strictly required, made a big difference to me as far as customer satisfaction is concerned. Over all, I highly recommend this company if you are in the market for a new roof."
