He did a thorough inspection of the basement in a short period of time and pointed out where prior patches from a different company were holding well and where water was coming in over the front steps in addition to the primary crack that concerned me. He suggested that I seal the front steps area myself to save money and then quoted me just for the more serious cracks. This was sharp contrast to a competitor who quoted me a full basement system at literally 20 times the price. The workman showed up on time, professionally completed the job, locked up my house when he left, and then a different worker came the following week to finish up the job.
