Advance warning to remove cars from garages before re-roofing to prevent damage by falling debris. Continuous work on the job till completed, except. Worked unit by unit, removing old roofing in the AM and completing deck and eave prep and new roofing installation before leaving in the evening, so as not to leave a bare roof deck overnight. Supplied several well-trained, efficient, safety-conscious, courteous crews. Thereafter, a separate crew replaced gutters and downspouts, extruding gutters on-site to precise length. Lyster did all detailed work required by the contract. Impressed me and the other board members. "As an avid DIY'er, I'm always skeptical when I need to hire someone to do work for me. My experience with Factory Plaza couldn't have been better. When I visited their showroom, I was greeted by a member of their staff who handed me a price list and directed me to the area where I could view the various slabs of granite. There was an area there where you could also take samples from at no cost. I spent about 45 minutes looking around without any sales pressure. When I had some questions one of the men there answered them and was very pleasant. I took several samples home and after deciding on what I wanted I placed a call and spoke with Mario to set up an appointment for measuring. The gentleman who came to measure (Simon) was very professional and explained the process to me while he made a template for the counter top. He stated that it would probably be 10 -14 days until the tops would be fabricated and installed. I was pleasantly surprised later that afternoon when I received an email from Mario saying that the install date would be the following Thursday, which was only one week! The installers showed up as promised and did a great job. They were very professional and took care to cover my new hardwood floors with drop clothes before they brought any of their equipment in. I am very pleased with the job Factory Plaza did on my counter tops. The price was very reasonable and the work done was high quality. There were no surprises or hidden costs. The granite was even sealed! I plan on using them again in the not too distant future and would recommend them to anyone! Thanks Factory Plaza!!"

"Unexpected delays; job is not complete yet. No Problems. After old cabinet and wall removal, we had an inspection and got a surprise. The inspector requested we remove all drywall from ceilings in 2 rooms, kitchen and adjoining room (not in the Plan!). Bruce was patient explaining what was next, why the extra work and cost had to be, and the impact it would have on his timeline. He was very fair and made us feel confident about the project, though the whole ordeal was a stressful thing to deal with. All of this has set our finish date back. Which gives me the chance to do another review. I intend to post a before and after photo if allowed. Bruce has given us fair pricing and is thorough in answering all of our questions. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and methodical. He's always patient, even with all of our change orders! I definitely want to hire him for other custom projects down the road.
