He met with and dealt with the insurance company. He worked during the day and his crew was done by the time we got home in the evening. He left our yard better than it was when they arrived. "Excellent. Started on January 26th and expected to take 2+ days. Arrived at house at 7;30 am and began removing old shingles. New shingles and associated materials arrived by 8:00 am. On site was a Project Manager who has the GAF Factory-Certified Master Elite Roofing Certification, a Foreman and one roofing crew. The temperature was in the low 40s and around 10:00 am it began to drizzle. The Project Manager proceeded to bring in a second roofing crew to expedite the work. Under very adverse weather conditions on a very steep roof, work continued until 7:00 pm when it became too dark to safely work on the roof. By this time the new roof was approximately 98% complete. The next morning, one crew returned to complete the roof and thoroughly clean up the worksite. I found the workmanship and work ethic by everyone on site very impressive.

"Very well. The slight dip in the kitchen looks better and the doors trued up. The slight sag still in the kitchen floor is because of the sub floor plywood which I didn't want to get in to. They leveled the joist by shimming the tops of several cinder block posts and installing a pair permanent of steel posts under a section of joist the previous owner had cut in two."

The installers were Timely, Professional and Amazing to watch. The Clean-up at the end of the Day was detailed to the point of using a Magnetic rake to Gather any nails that may have hit the ground during the old Roof removal, and Lastly Karl who was the Job Supervisor During Install. Kept the Installation Team on Track and Went Deck shopping when I made a last Minute call to pull my Skylights and needed to cover those openings. Great Job Team Roofing! Bernie D"
