"They works arrived early evening (5 pm) due to an earlier job. They finished up about 9 pm. The came back the next morning and buffed and applied the clear coat. They did a great job! The floor looks great. They filled all the floor cracks and the seam between the floor and wall. The workers were friendly and got right to work when they arrived. I would recommend them and plan on using them again in the future. <br />"

A few years ago when our home was new, we had Crown Floors carpet our entire basement and stairs, and we were so impressed that we didn't even shop around when it came time to replace the carpet upstairs--we went straight to Crown Floors! I worked personally with Willy--he's polite and very helpful. The crew he sent out to lay down the carpet was also polite and I was very comfortable having them in my home. In fact, my son and I were trying to carry an old sofa down a flight of stairs--nothing to do the carpeting job--and one of the crew took over my part and hauled the sofa for me, really going the extra mile. They did a terrific job all in all--the carpet looks beautiful! Oh, they also restretched the carpet in our master bedroom and closet that had, over time, gained several big wrinkles all across, as though it were too big for the floor. Looks SO much better! He came and diagnosed the problem and replaced the motor and got it in good working order in about 90 minutes. He was efficient and provided good quality service. I noticed to my amazement that the workers kept trying tenaciously and working longer and longer until they got the look just right without my asking them to go to all that trouble. They were courteous and cooperative as well as very helpful. I am not including the cost here as it was part of a much larger contract but generally their costs are very fair and affordable."
