"They replaced our roof this summer and replaced our back patio door this fall. We had great experiences with both projects. Communication was excellent, right from the start. Our sales contact was (and still is) amazing, answered all my questions, and impressed me with his knowledge of the products and the company itself. The handoff to each project manager was smooth, we had folks come out in advance to measure and inspect the project area, on the day of each project manager visited the house and/or contacted us throughout the day to check on things and see if we had questions, and the workmen themselves were friendly and professional. We had a very minor warranty issue on the roof (a visible nail head) that I found after climbing up there myself, and they had their guy back the next day to fix it, which was excellent service and gave me a great deal of confidence about them honoring the warranty. Altogether seems like a solid company with great service and quality products. Shoutouts to Jordan, Crystal, David, Ray, and Jorge."

"I’m going to begin this review by saying, I have never hired someone to do a job on my house where I have been completely satisfied with the labor and the finished product. Until now. I just hired a company to remove my existing shingle roof and replace it. Not only is the finished product of excellent quality, but the technicians were extremely diligent in making sure everything was done with precision. The entire job even down to the clean up afterwards is outstanding…. I highly recommend Coxs Roofing and I will be using them whenever I need roofing work done. Oh! My home currently has solar panels which needed to be removed before the installation of the new roof could begin, due to the slow response from the solar company this took over 4 months! "The job required some additional plumbing work which was included at no additional cost.  The tile work is beautiful, and includes some unique detail that I would never have considered.  He installed new shower doors to replace the old shower curtain which added to the overall appearance of the room.  The materials used were first rate and construction techniques high quality.  Overall, we were very pleased with the finished product and believe we received high value for the price.  Walter is easy to deal with, dependable and reliable.  He made every effort to ensure we were happy with the finished product.  I plan to call him again for my next home renovation project.

"The process up to the QA Inspection was excellent. People were friendly and knowledgeable. Austin was excellent at giving honest answers to all our questions. When I asked him one he couldn’t answer he didn’t try to BS his way through, he simply said he didn’t know and then proceeded to make calls until he got an answer. At the Pre-install inspection we were told the install crew would arrive between 8-10. The install crew chief was very surprised to hear that when he arrived at 7. The installation was also excellent. Done and dusted by 4PM. The QA inspection cost you an excellent rating. It was little more than a high pressure sales pitch to replace my aluminum siding with vinyl. I just spent $20K on a new roof and he pressured us to spend another $40K on something that doesn’t need to be replaced. Not cool. I would definitely recommend Power, but with a caveat on the QA inspection."
