Jason also visited the work site most days and we reviewed the work each time. Jason quickly responded to several concerns we had and solved the problems quickly. The job supervisor, Walter, was also did a great job. Like Jason, he was very responsive to our concerns and ensured that the quality of the work met our requirements. "Over three years ago I fortunate to find Taylor Made Custom Contracting to work with on the remodel of my newly purchased 1959 house in Bel Air. Kevin was a joy to work with and totally got the remodel I was trying to do, which was easier said than done. Some of the features I wanted were nontraditional to say the least, and on top of that I had not actually moved into the house yet. Kevin had the additional pressure of working with me long distance! With all of that on the table, the construction job could not have gone more smoothly, thanks to Kevin's flexibility and the skills of the crew, and lots of texts, emails, calls, and photo tours. I did manage to make a couple of trips to visit while the house was under construction, so I was able to see the process from the framework up to the finish. The first thing I noticed was the complete care that the team took with each phase of the remodel, and the beauty of the finished product. In the end, the finished remodel far exceeded my original vision and three years later I am still in love with my new home. I was so satisfied that I have called on Kevin several times, since the original remodel, for other projects. Last year, Kevin and his team completed a beautiful backyard porch for us, that we still ask ourselves how we did without. "Last year my husband and I had a new home built. Although we had a deck installed at build, there was no real outside space for entertaining. When Steve from Remodel Max showed up at our door it was perfect timing. We went over all of the options and discussed our wish list. We opted to create a screen room out of the deck and add a paver patio. It was early January when they started the projects so there were considerable delays caused by the weather. As the project moved forward there were some miscommunications regarding the design plans and concerns about the condition of the pavers; however, all it took was a phone call to the owner (Wayne) to get things back on track. Wayne went so far as to get the manufacturer involved to correct the issues. At that point Wayne oversaw all aspects of the project personally. He was always responsive to our calls and texts. He went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. He even provided some ideas that we decided to go with to make our patio enjoyable for years to come. Neighbors walking through tend to stop and comment on how nice our patio looks. We recommend Remodel Max to them, and will use them again ourselves for projects in the future."

"Everything from the bidding process, through completion, was handled with the utmost care and professionalism. Dimitri and every person who he brought into our home treated it as anyone would want their own to be treated. This was not a small project. They vaulted the ceiling in the living area, completely removing the roof on half the house, and did a full new roof. Matched the existing red oak hardwood flooring, and sanded/re-stained the entire upstairs. All the plumbing and electrical in the entire house was replace. New kitchen, 3.5 new bathrooms, finished basement, combined two bedrooms to make a master suite. New HVAC. New generator…. You name it, and it was done. When all was said and done, I think our two hall bedrooms were the one walls that weren’t torn down. We could not possibly recommend Dimitri and his company (his two sons work with him as well) any higher. They are honest, and hard working. Old school in all the best ways."
