He was honest about the work that needed to be done, was always on time to appointments, was able to complete the job in a very timely manner, and the chimney looks great! "I called and talked to Linda Showecker. She and her husband, Bob, came out to estimate the job. She emailed a quote, which after comparing to several others, I accepted. Their price was not the lowest but was in the middle and they were available to start. Bob and two helpers put up scaffolding, tuck pointed the 2 sides I wanted done, and pointed out work that needed to be done on a third side. I had them do the third side and caulk around all my windows. The day after they tuck pointed they acid washed the brick where they had worked. They also installed 4 glass block basement windows which were leaking. Communication was good throughout the job which took a week. Cleanup could have been a little better, but was acceptable."

Chris Ray led the project team for our pool installation.  We understand this was one of his first assignments as ?the lead.? 
Chris was absolutely fantastic!   He was very communicative, responsive and he took the time to help us understand every step along the process.  We could see that he felt ownership to ensuring we were pleased with our decision to hire The Pool Shop ? always considering our needs first and helping us make the right decisions from design to finish.  He helped us consider all
options and followed through with even the smallest details. 
We also have to give high marks to your sub-contractor, Justin Grounds of Grounds Quality Lawn Care. 
His vision and openness to listen to us ? even as things changed in the middle of the installation?was exceptional. 
He created a backyard attraction that enhanced the pool and the landscaping, making our new recreational area a jaw dropping attraction. 
Finally, we must complement The Pool Shop and Grounds for hiring great support crews.  Both teams worked very quickly and their attention to details were outstanding.  In addition, they were also very friendly and considerate.  The professionalism they
displayed represented both companies extremely well ? adding to even more satisfaction we experienced during the installation.
