"Renovation of 1 and 1/2 bathrooms in my apartment. Contractor and workers were very responsible. They were always on time. The tile work in the bathrooms was perfection!! Workers checked with me regularly so we were on the same page and the contractor went out of his way, beyond my expectations, to make sure I was happy with the work. Overall work was excellent!"

"Mr. Hok and Proper Contracting NY Inc were an absolute godsend after a kitchen fire forced a complete gut renovation of my mother’s apartment. Their pricing was by far the best after getting four quotes, and the quality delivered was outstanding. Renovating in a Co-op can be tricky, but Proper Contracting handled every detail effortlessly. They coordinated with the board, provided all COI paperwork, and strictly followed building rules. Midway through, we were so impressed that we expanded the scope to paint the entire apartment and remodel the bathroom. They managed everything seamlessly and stayed strictly on budget. If you want a reliable, skilled, and honest contractor, look no further. I definitely recommend Proper Contracting NY Inc! (Check out the uploaded photos to see their work!)"

"Rave reviews for Dominick and the crew at HD Renovations. We partnered with them on a high-visibility commercial bathroom modification project at UBS Arena in Elmont, and they knocked it out of the park. Dominic showed up right on time with the exact crew size needed, scoped the work accurately, and finished ahead of schedule. When tight counter clearances and tricky fixture fits came up, Dominick didn't hit us with nickel-and-dime surcharges—he took the initiative to fix it on the fly and ensured everything lined up perfectly. Proficient, meticulous, and handled on-site changes with complete professionalism. Reliable commercial trades are hard to come by—HD Renovations is top-tier. Looking forward to the next job with them."

From start to finish, their team was professional, detail-oriented, and dedicated to delivering top-quality craftsmanship. They listened to our vision, provided expert guidance, and executed the project flawlessly. The result is a stunning, functional, and modern kitchen that has completely elevated our home. Every element—from cabinetry to lighting—was handled with precision, and the communication throughout was excellent. If you're looking for a remodeling company that goes above and beyond, Nunez Construction and Painting is the one to trust. Highly recommended!"

"Amazing experience!!! The entire crew was pinnacle of professionalism. The workers were knowledgeable, skilled and punctual. At every step of our remodel, Elite helped with design decisions, material choices and fixtures. The work was performed on time, very cleanly and within budget. Highly recommend Elite and will definitely hire them again for future projects."

"I used TKT Remodeling Group LLC for a complete basement remodeling. Treon had wonderful ideas about ways to make my basement function more efficiently. He was the only contractor who took the time to discuss ways to remodel the basement that made sense (e.g., moving the bathroom and closet) into spaces that increased our living space. Treon and his crew are friendly, respectful, punctual, professional, and responsive. He even surprised me with a new, functioning fireplace. I wish I had taken before and after pictures. I was able to go to work and leave the workers alone in my home with no problems. Even after my basement project was completed, I called Treon with questions, and he responded quickly. I highly recommend him and will use him again."

"I had to do a full bathroom gut and redo my kitchen floors and backsplash while saving my cabinets and appliances. Mario walked me through the proposed work and was very responsive with my co-op paperwork. When Alfredo and his team came, they followed all my building’s rules: allowed work times, access areas, protecting lobby floors and waste removal. Alfredo is extremely knowledgeable and was happy to go over all my concerns during the work. He washers everyday to oversee the team along with personally doing the work himself. I would rehire and recommend to all my friends and family!"

"We had a very small bathroom that we wanted to have completely redone. AH Renovations did a wonderful job."

"L J & A DID A GREAT JOB ON MY BATHROOM THE GUY WAS GREAT"

"I highly recommend Loja Renovations & Fine Carpentry LLC! Manuel and Fabian were professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job. They helped me with several projects in my home, including mounting two TVs, installing a shoe rack, hanging a very heavy mirror, putting up window shades, and installing several shelves. Everything was done carefully and professionally, and they were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. What I especially appreciated was how prompt and reliable they were. They came all the way from Corona, Queens, and arrived ready to get everything done. Their attention to detail and quality of work really stood out. They offer a wide range of renovation and carpentry services, and based on my experience, I would absolutely hire them again for future projects. It’s not always easy to find people who are dependable, skilled, courteous, and take pride in their work, so I’m very glad I found Manuel and Fabian."
