This company did an amazing job from consultation explaining everything to the installers that came to replace my old shower to the new. "Our installers Raphael and Verushka were absolutely amazing. Hard working very lovely people who know exactly what they are doing. They get a 10++. Chris that came out with them was also a very nice person. On our frosted shower doors I give nothing. I am so upset with them I don't have words. You see them from the side view walking into my small bathroom and all I see is green. I was told that is how they come and cannot replace them unless we come up with over $1000.00 for clear. (sorry but can't imagine how they could cost that much just for doors only. They have to come back out anyway because you guys packed the wrong shower handles). You should train your salesmen to let people know that frosted glass on shower doors have that awful green hue and at a sideview it will be apparent. If looking at them straight in they wouldn't be bad but sideways they are awful. I am so upset after finally saving enough in our retirement to get this shower that it looks like that."

"The installers seemed to have done a good job. They were extremely fast, only taking one day to completely gut and install the new shower system. Although, one handrail was installed on the wrong side. To correct the issue, they came back the next day to install another free handrail on the correct side. The only complaints that I have are the shower wand sprayed black water for about 30 seconds then stopped working. I removed the wand and the water flowed properly from the pipe. I replaced the ?new? wand with my old shower head so we could use the shower. My only other complaint is that my water pressure is about half of what it was before the installation. Since I had to replace the shower head with my original one, I had a good baseline for this comparison. All in all, we?re happy with our new walk-in shower."

He referred me to a sub contractor for the granite counter top and also for the back splash title. His total came to $1650.00 for removal of old tile, counter and installation of new tile in back splash Total project cost for Granite and back splash approximately-$7,800.00"

"The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."

We changed our orders a bit after they started because this shower was for an elderly person and they graciously accommodated us. by making the change at no additional charge to us. They spent more time outside of the installation just finding special items we wanted so everything matched our shower install. They are very nice people to work with! And extremely accommodating. As you know bath installers are a dime a dozen and you bnever are sure who you will get that will do the best job for you. WE FOUND THE BEST! THEY EVEN GUARANTEE THEIR WORK FOR LIFE ON THE REMODEL. "We had damage to our house from the Spring storms and some wood rot on the bottom of the trim on both of our garage doors. We hired Apex Design Build after they had a special on Angie's List. They replaced the shutter on our home, replaced some trim that came off in the storm that was above our two story entry way, painted all the shutters on our house and replaced the trim/weather stripping on our two garage doors with PVC that won't rot. They were very easy to work with and did a wonderful job on our house. We won't hesitate to call them again; in fact, we are going to have them do some more work on our house."
