The installation crew was very knowledgeable and professional. We had recently painted the rooms where the windows were installed, a few dings occurred during the installation. They fixed them.</p> <p>After the job was complete I inspected each window. Had a small "punch list" of items I wanted addressed, Soberg took care of each item to my satisfaction. NO DRAMA! NO EXCUSES! Just came in and made sure me and my wife were satisfied!</p> <p>Soberg is more expensive then most but that is due to the quality of the fiberglass Marvin Infinity windows. "Provide came out to look at the job and provide an estimate. Said would be a couple of weeks before he would get back to us. Three weeks later hadn't heard anything from him so I contacted him again. When he returned my call he said he had been on vacation and asked if he had come out to look at my job, to which I said yes, you came out and talked with both my husband and myself. He said he would have to possibly come out again. Never heard from or saw him again and it has now been another 3 weeks! <br />"
