They weren’t our cheapest option but their unique cost-plus process of contracting, clear & transparent labor rates and discounts saved us thousands on our projects. We have never seen a company operate in this manner, but it just made complete sense to us, and it works extremely well. Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design. He is extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable of his trade. His communication skills and integrity were second to none. I don’t know how he handles all the stress, but he makes it look easy. All team members and subcontractors were respectful of us and our home and a pleasure to work with as well. "Bob and his crew did a renovation on a condo for us. They painted the whole house and replaced all trim and doors. They installed a new Ikea kitchen, floor and counter tops. They put in a new sink, toilet and tub. They also painted and cleaned up the basement. It all looks like new and we are very pleased.  <br /> Bob is extremely easy to work with and willing to do whatever you ask. They showed up on time and were professional and worked hard to get the job done quickly. They cleaned up after themselves when it was all done. We plan to hire them again in the future.
