There was a mix-up with payment that the owner took care of before I even noticed there was an issue. The work didn't happen on the day I'd originally been told but was done a couple days later. I didn't need to be home since it was exterior so that was perfectly fine and not an inconvenience.

I don't feel that it should have taken two hours to clean the gutters since I had done them by myself the winter before and it only took me two hours and they had not been cleaned in at least 8 years.
