"Fix blocked sewage line.Jim repot reply responded appropriately on time for this repair. He explained everything that was done to us as much detail as he could. Showed us where the blockage was with the camera. Overall I think his work was excellent and I am going to hire them again when we need to fix our shower and repair the pipes with the roots growing through them."

"The plumber was courteous and finally corrected the outbound pipe clog problem by using a snake to clear the obstruction as I said the last plumber had done about 3-4 years ago. The process could have been finished a lot faster but Richard used a camera before and after snaking the pipes. The first video provided a clear picture of how bad my pipes were clogged and the second showed how clean they were after snaking the pipes. Using the camera was cool but a little time consuming. I guess the price charged is the going rate for plumbers these day but it was not cheap. We can run our cloths washer again without water overflowing the drains so we are happy."

"I have used and now know many plumbing companies. They are all expensive but if I can't do the work myself, especially , when a permit is needed, then what else can I do. Allpro is not cheap or more expensive than any other plumbing company. At least they treated me very well. Rudy, my tech, was so friendly and informative. He even told me that I could leave for the first part of the project since it was outside and then return for the inside work. I needed that time to run errands before I couldn't leave. Very considerate. He explained everything he needed to do with my water heater to bring it up to city code and why. I must adhere to what the city code is whether I like it or not because rental property is a business and professionals like Rudy give me the information I couldn't know on my own. After his repairs I felt secure that my property and tenants are safe and comfortable and that is my responsibility. He rootered the pipe under the sink to resolve the slow draining kitchen sink. He pulled the toilet, removed the oleander roots, took a look at the pipe with a camera, and reset it with a waxless seal. He shared maintenance tips and recommended future improvements for a long term solution which I will apply in the future."
