Garner's Backhoe Service has two employees. We are a general wastewater contractor for commercial and residential. We do act as a sub-contractor on occasion for certain commercial jobs but we never sub-contract our work out. Concerning payments, we require 50% of the total invoice as a down payment and the balance upon completion of work. We accept credit cards, cash, or check. We do not offer financing.
