Felt like he kind of played my wife as he asked about our water heater air conditioner and other solicitations. Also gave us a $13,000 bid to replace the plumping in our entire house. Why????? Also to actually fix the problem it would cost even more. So we are left with only hot water in our kitchen until we get another plumber. Now that I write this I would like to redo my survey and give them a non recommendation and less than 3 stars. A little closer to 2. Please don t send me this company again and I will have to consider looking for a pro from another service. You guys have done us well in the past, but this sucks.
