There were a couple of weeks where I was going to be unavailable and they took note and scheduled my work around those. Jose completed the work beautifully -- kept the house clean and protected, was a pleasure to work with and was always on time and happily explained the whole process as he went. "We had a slow start at first but that was not because of Ryan's service, we originally contacted him in February and was on his schedule for February 24th, however the current Job he was working took longer as the job apparently had grown into a longer job.  So we scheduled to February 27th, and then the rain started we had several much needed storms coming in and it was very important that the decks were totally dry before coating and it had to be dry for at least 48 hours after the coating.  Our next schedule was on April 8th due to March being off and on rain. <br /> When Ryan arrived at 10:00 in the morning he brought the material the his crew would need to complete the job, his crew was a little late but once the started the job they did a very efficient job and cleaned up after they were done they were very pleasant and professional. All in all we are very happy with Ryan and his crew. <br />"

"How fortunate for us that T&G Roofing also does solar installs! We had used them before for our daughter's tile re-roofing, and she was so impressed! They pointed out several corrections to previous roofing code deficiencies, issues like missing nails, screws and vents, and even added glass window "skylights" under the new vents in the garage to brighten it up. So when it came time to re-roof our house, we hired T&G to do both the re-roofing and adding a new solar cell system. Their approach uses a 35-year composite (shingle) roof under the solar cell area, even with a tile roof, as it makes the system more watertight, and the solar wiring conduits are hidden by running them through the attic. The 3-man roofing team synchronized well with the 3-man solar team, and both were always prompt, friendly, and cleaned up nicely each night. And their solar monitor software is fantastic, shows 15-minute interval KWH consumption/production amounts graphed in nicely in realtime."

Six days later the gate had been created and it was installed a day or two thereafter. In fact, it took much longer to receive the new locking handle and dead bolt which I ordered from an online supplier than it took Method to fabricate and install the gate. About 10 days after the installation I phoned the office to say that I had received the door knob & deadbolt, and the company owner arrived about half an hour later to install them. Bottom line: negotiated price was fair relative to the market, quality of fabrication, installation & overall service was excellent."

The speed in responsiveness while being super professional yet very personable is a delight to experience in the LA muddy waters of crooked contractors, high prices and below-average standards. <br /> For us to fully understand the needed steps and repairs, they came out 3 times and took their time to explain and openly discuss all details. They convinced us to go with Mangaris as opposed to with Redwood and looked into how we could reduce the costs. (Ipe was unfortunately beyond our price range.) <br /> While we had to put this project for now on hold due to the GC situation we are in, we plan to finish the deck with them very soon. "It was a struggle in the beginning.  The company wanted to charge more when they showed up to do the work.  They said they wanted to charge for fence post holes, something they said was not included in the contract.  We wanted to know why not? This greatly changed the price of the job. The contract had already been signed by our neighbor and me and prepaid (we worked through Home Depot).  We had long discussions back and forth with the people on their end (regional manager, etc.)  We finally told them not to do the job and we will get more estimates.  After all this, they agreed to do the job at their original estimated price.  After this they did a great job. <br />"

"I requested a quote for a full house washing. It included the roof, interior and exterior windows, and gutters. They came on time and were very efficient. They answered all my questions and even recommend that I get it done yearly so it wont be too pricey. I would recommend and use them again."
