"Javier drove all the way from Kissimmee to check on my fridge. He was late because a couple of other jobs took longer than expected, but he did keep me up to date with the situation. I have never met someone more knowledge in appliances as Javier Arce. He checked my fridge and found the problem to be the heating element of it was malfunctioning. The problem was that to change the heating element, one had to also change the condenser in my unit. The job would cost more than a new fridge. Javier tawer the unit, and checked the heating element. He unplugged and plugged back again. He told me to keep and eye on it , and showed me how to thawed if it ever happens again. Luckily, his repair worked and the unit has not frozen back in the past month. I am so grateful of Javier making the drive all the way from Kissimmee, and also that he was honest and didn't make me spend $400-500 to fix a 10 year old fridge. If I have any other appliance concerns, I will definitely hire him again!"

"I contacted them to replace a water dispenser lever on a refrigerator. <br /> It was a simple problem yet the individual in the repair service <br /> department was rude and argumentative about it. I knew exactly what <br /> needed replaced, had searched for the part and although I could get the <br /> part, I could not do the repair myself, thus I called them. She <br /> informed me that they needed to come and look at the refrigerator to <br /> determine the repair, then they would order the part (I couldn't get it <br /> for them and they used a supplier who was much more expensive than the <br /> manufacturer) then return to fix it. Unnecessary expense and time and I <br /> asked them to order the part and when it came in to come and install <br /> it. I gave them my credit card to order the part and as a parting shot <br /> she said, you know you have to pay for the part and service call if you are wrong <br /> and if the repair can't be done. I waited and waited but no call to come and do the job. <br /> So I called and talked to a different person who was nice <br /> and she said the part should be in that day and we scheduled the repair. <br /> Two men showed up and it took them all of 15 minutes of actual work time <br /> to replace the lever and they were gone. The work was done fine, the <br /> men were very nice and professional. It was the nasty woman on the <br /> phone who turned me off to this company. Perhaps she takes the name <br /> Aggressive Appliances too seriously. <br />"
