"Update For change order Job. Joe has such talented experienced and knowledgeable workers, They are a level 5 team. This team is held back to a level 3 standard by Joe. Joe has way too many jobs running at the same time that he pressures his team to rush and be somewhere else instead of working to finish the project they start. Trying to get Joe to show up and finish a job is hard work. Joe demands to have full payment upfront on change orders. Joe is at the top range of price he will tell you he will do something while stating this was not in the contract. He is very deceiving, I believe he needs to learn business ethics. Have everything on paper or he will turn nasty, never pay him cash. He holds the project hostage and will not finish the job if you don't give him what he wants while he talks like he will. He took 3 months to almost complete and not finish a 2 week job that he rushed 4 day's on. Mind your P and Q with him, Shop around before deciding."

"Contacted TrueBlue on Saturday due to help with a shower knob replacement where the screw seemed to be a bit stripped - probably from previous owner. I couldn't unscrew it with any of my phillips-head screwdriver so tried to enlist some help. TrueBlue offered to have a tech come out and give an estimate the next day, Sunday. Despite being a weekend and just a few days after the hurricane, they showed up early and actually fixed my issue then and there in less than 10 minutes. Didn't charge anything although I was willing to pay. Giving 5 stars due to great communication, friendly and considerate technician, and prompt service. Would do business again, especially since the first "pro" who called me 1 minute after I listed the project did a no-show after we set a mutually agreeable time for an appointment on the same day."
