"Lindholm Carpentry did an excellent job. Scott and his team were very professional. Scott bent over backwards to ensure things stayed on budget. It was particularly hard for him because of Covid and skyrocketing prices. I especially liked that he committed to my renovation from start to finish and completed it in a timely manner. Scott was always available to answer my questions and made a special effort to keep everything in budget even after I asked for extras. I couldn't recommend a better contractor than Lindholm Carpentry. His workers, Chris and Gary, were also very hard workers and I appreciated them immensely."

"Scott and his team did a terrific job. My deck looks infinitely better than it did and it is more structurally sound now than before. He replaced all the decking on the first floor deck, adding a new addition to the deck and completely renovated a screened-in porch. They removed a floating deck on the upstairs deck and resurfaced the underlying fiberglass deck adding new railings. Scott was present throughout the job with his team (3 people). With this job there were little changes that I wanted made and Scott and the team were extremely accommodating and receptive. They did solid work, were very professional and always left the worksite very clean every day. I highly recommend SCS Construction and would definitely use them again in the future."
