"Love the shower and the installer did a nice job and was very professional. Only two things that I would like to bring up. The salesman told me that the financing would be billed after 3 months deferred but I received a bill right away from Aqua. Also I called about the door going into the bathroom not shutting after the installation was done and your service Mgr was very short with me. He told me that I was calling his cell phone and that it was a Saturday. I am sorry but if I just spent almost 18k on a service he should be a little more professional."

"Rich painted the exterior of house, installed floating tile floors and painted trim in kitchen and dining room area, repaired shed roof etc. He is very efficient, professional, easy to work with and goes out of his way to make sure you are pleased with your project. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
