Mid state basement systems had the best and most fair pricing. They did not use any scare tactics and were upfront and honest. They were also the only company to use a laser level and show me the sag difference in my joists that I was experiencing. I hired mid-state basement systems to do crawl space support and repair on my load bearing wall in my basement. MY PROBLEM WAS UNIQUE AS LOAD BEARING WALLS NORMALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED LIKE THIS! At first, it was not level upon completion (BARELY 1/8 INCH OFF) in ONE spot and I let my sales rep Jiovanni know. the team came back out within 48 hrs and adjusted everything and let me take a look at it. They did a fantastic job. The installation crew even wiped down my floors for me after they were done! They were so polite, and respectful and made sure there was no damage to anything as they were moving steel beams to my basement ( my fridge was an object in the way to the basement door ) Do not let competitors make you question the validity of this business. they were fantastic. Rating of sales 5/5 Rating of the installation crew 5/5 Rating of management 5/5 Rating of mid-state as a company : 10/5 I do not believe I would have received this level of responsiveness of any of the competitors. I would choose mid-state basements for any basement project I had. Please use my review to know that mid-state basement systems will do the job the right way and how you need it to be done. "This company is absolutely wonderful beginning with the courtesy when I called to schedule an appointment the first time. Next Jack N who arrived at my home on time and as promised. He provided me estimate for the repair and went over every detail of it with me. When the crew arrived to do the job they were very professional and performed the job as promised. I have a large house that was built in 1902 and was NOT able to find anyone willing to tackle my problem. Acculevel came in and fixed every issue. My house has a tight crawl space but Acculevel was able to replace a beam and the sister joist. In addition provided support and leveled out my floor. This was done without needing to cut a hole in my floor. The results were immediate and my floor looks and feels wonderful. I immediately noticed the stability. The technician, Micah S., didn't just "assume" what was causing the problem but conducted a thorough inspection of the lines inside and outside the house. He showed me the cause of the problem, suggested a couple of options, we agreed on a price, and he got straight to work. "Steve came out to repair a pump problem with my water system, which other companies had failed to fix - even after several attempts. He fixed this problem and mentioned that he also sold sulfur removal systems. It turned out he had installed a number of different types of systems so I asked for a quote. His prices were much less than other companies had quoted so I asked him to put the system in, but I needed it installed within one week. He agreed to do so and had it installed that same week. He was a bit late to the appointment time, and had to leave once during the installation, but stayed until it was completed which was well into the evening. There was a very small leak, but we agreed on a time for him to come out to fix it. The system works great and it was installed just in time for a large family gathering, which would have overwhelmed our old system. I was very pleased with the overall value. <br />"
