This was something that we didn't get from some of the other sales people who came out. We decided against the whole house and wanted to get some patching and painting done instead. While he wasn't in a position to provide repair work he did provide the number of a painter that he uses for his own needs, which was above and beyond what I would expect from a company after I'd already declined his offer. The estimate provided was close or better than the other estimates we received. If we had gone whole house replacement, we would've chosen Eagle for the job."

They took a lot of time with us at the initial meeting to answer all our questions and give us suggestions for our work. Having done lots of research on Hardie I was glad to see that they were following the recommendations on installation from the manufacturer and I saw no corners cut on our project. Our roof was replaced by a Craftsman’s crew and during the removal of the old roof one of the shingles hit a large picture window and scratched it. The siding crew noticed this and made us aware. "I am giving my rep, Raul, a 5 star rating. I am about to take the plunge and have my house re-sided for the first time ever! My home is 116 yrs old and has only been painted several times over the original wood. However, paint no longer will fix what is happening underneath, with dry rot, aging, etc., so my only option is to have it re-sided & almost start from scratch. I met with Raul, who is "awesome", to say the least. He is knowledgeable, explains everything to a "T" and is so down-to-earth. My old "farm" house is 2 stories, plus a walk-up attic, so this would have cost me a fortune as there is a lot of "territory" to be covered. It still is going to cost me a fortune, but Raul covered every crook & cranny to cut my costs immensely to make it affordable. I am so grateful for his assistance.
