He is very sharp, confident and wanted to ensure we had the right product for our home. Everything DeAndre stated was carried out by our installers, Travis and Garrett. This included reviewing their checklist to make sure I knew what was occurring before, during and after installation. No issues or concerns with the installation. Both installers were on time, experienced and knew their stuff. We purchased a 4 Ton heat pump and everything was removed and replaced (including some sheet metal work) the same day. "The job went Extremely Well! Work Performed June 12, 2019 This was my first time looking for a truly real, qualified plumber, because I could no longer trust the work of pseudo plumbers. I had a busted indoor basement pipeline that connected to an outdoor spigot, that caused quite a bit of water damage in my basement, so I needed to find the best plumber, at a reasonable price, and a company that would apply the diagnostic charge to the total charge of the work done. I spent several hours researching plumbing companies, reviewed a great deal of customers’ reviews on each company, and I called a few that had the best reviews. One of my initial calls was to Archer Plumbing Company. The phone was answered promptly by Allan, a very pleasant man (a good sign). I explained what was going on, he asked a few questions, and was able to quote a ballpark figure of what it might cost. I told him I had to make a few more calls before I could decide on a company, but so far, they seemed to be the best, and met all my requirements. In the end, Archer Plumbing was the number one choice by far. I called Allan back and scheduled an appointment. The next day I called and changed the scheduled date to an earlier date, and Allan was very flexible and accommodating. Allan called on June 12, the scheduled date, to let me know that the plumbers were on their way. Chuck and Matthew arrived promptly. I was happy that they had shoe covers (thumbs up), so I didn’t have to offer mine. Chuck was very knowledgeable, proficient and efficient. Both were very polite and pleasant. In addition to replacing the busted pipeline and spigot, they replaced the toilet fill valve and seal in two toilet tanks, and Chuck gave me some general, helpful maintenance tips, as well as addressed a few of my concerns with future plumbing projects. I was very pleased that the cost was within the ballpark figure that Allan had quoted for the busted pipe repair. Needless to say, I highly recommend Archer Plumbing. "This was a complete remodel of a 30-year old kitchen, including removal of all cabinets and soffits. Matt proposed the design after coming to the house, taking pictures/measurements, and discussing the ideas I had. He offered lots of options for cabinets, countertops, and flooring and assisting in the selection. He also assisting in procuring the appliances after I decided on the make/models I wanted. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable. They put down drop clothes and covered doorways as possible to try to minimize the dust throughout the house. There were lots of "surprises" in the soffits, requiring about a week's worth of re-arranging plumbing and electrical. This caused a delay in completion of the project and added expense, but I felt the charges were fair. The final product is an updated, open, functional, and beautiful kitchen that I will enjoy and I know will add value to the house when it's time to sell."

"Excellent from beginning to end.  Got a referral from a neighbor who had similar work done recently.  Had a water line (Blue Max) from our house to our barn break.  Roger Henry came out and gave me an estimate to replace that line and to replace the supply line to the house as well as a minor issue with the septic tank.   I wanted to replace the supply line to the house as well as it was also Blue Max and I knew it was only a matter of time (and if it didn't break it would be an issue when selling the house).  Roger is very experienced with this and has a drill which can drill underground for hundreds of feet, thus not disturbing the landscape.  He gave me an estimate which was higher than I got from others who would dig a trench along the entire line, but in addition to not disturbing the landscape, Roger's method will likely increase the lifetime of the line as there are no ups and downs as there would be in a trench.  Essentially they dug two holes (one for each section of line and drilled from there to either end.  Really neat.  Over 300 feet of line in all and used copper at both ends with black poly in between.   The water works great and we have more water pressure at the barn than before.  The workers were very professional and kept the interior part where they needed to access our basement clean as well.  As I said, a little more money than some others, but I have no regrets with going with Henry Excavating and their drilling method for replacement of our underground water lines.
