"The individual that did the consult was very knowledgeable and helpful. The work took 8 days. I would highly recommend just buying new cabinets. The mess after the sanding and install was more than I expected. Some of the cabinets were left with debris and a considerable amount of dust in them, the shelves were not sanded on the ends where they were cut, leaving splinters and the sawdust was in the stove, dishwasher, cabinets that were covered and in the adjoining room. The craftsmanship turned out nice but noticeable that the edges were resurfaced. Itâ s hard to resurface cabinets that are old. The new doors cover the refacing. I feel the pricing is way to high for this type of project."

"I was referred to Chapman Cabinets via Angies List. After leaving a message in reference to a kitchen project, I was contacted very shortly after. I mentioned that I had gotten their info from Angies List and described the work I would need to have done. After speaking with Eric and sending pictures and other information, I was given a very reasonable quote with a description of exactly what that quote entailed. Upon agreement, I was asked for the address so that Eric could schedule the work. Not knowing where they were located, I thought nothing of the location details, but as it turns out, my address happened to be five and half hours away from where Chapman Cabinets is! I received a call from Eric, who explained that despite the 5.5 hrs it would take for him to get to this job site, he was going to honor the quote anyways! He mentioned that he probably should have looked closer at the addresses, but since we had made an agreement, he intended to meet his commitment! I find that very commendable and don't see enough of that in business these days. Despite some hold-ups due to Corona related delays, I would highly recommend Chapman Cabinets of Georgia, regardless of where you live! The work was completed as described and the quality is excellent!"

"Luke came and did a scope of our property, measurements, and gave us different options for a fence. We weren't ready at that very moment so he sent updated quotes weekly to keep us posted on the fluctuations in price. Finally we were ready and Luke fit us right in and moved us up when there was a cancellation. Unfortunately we were not aware that our house was built on a very hard mineral stone making the job a whole lot harder than the norm. But Luke did not give up! He kept us posted on his progress and any delays we would come up against. The finished product, as challenging as it was to complete, was BEAUTIFUL!! "My husband and I hired Charles Smith from Smith Restorations & Repair to get some work done (inside and out) over 3 months from Feb - April of 2018. In total, Smith Restorations handled repairs to our tree house, built a new deck, which included some stone patio work, installed floors for our entire first floor, updated our 1/2 bath and remodeled my kitchen. HE DID ALL OF THIS IN TWO MONTHS. And it all looks fantastic! We just moved into our new home in August and spent some time thinking about what we wanted and Charles Smith was the perfect person to put our plan in place. Let me share why we hired Smith Restorations and why we continued to hire them. 1) Smith listens to what you want and gives you what you need, making every attempt to combine the two. I am not a contractor and Charles had much better ideas than I did for how to rearrange the kitchen. We went from thinking we had to move electrical panels and walls to a much simpler design which he believed would achieve the same end. It did. His ideas saved us tons of money. 2) He was the only person who came out and gave a care about our tree house. It was dangerous, needed to be dealt with and two other contractors came and stuck up their noses. 3) We were given options, some of which included sketches. There is more than one way to do things and he knows more than one way. Great good, better, best scenarios. 4) Smith allowed us to use our resources when we had them (I had a good electrician friend) and he did not look to mark-up workers that he brought in to drive up the price. 5) Smith cleans up and hauls away mess. Every day. Enough said. 6) Cost effective. Straightforward in materials and labor costs. 7) Smith Restorations went above and beyond for us and we just kept coming up with projects. We have many more to save up and budget for. We had a great experience. We would highly recommend Smith Restorations and repair for small or large jobs."

"We purchased a ceramic  tile replacement in May through Angie's list for $1499; Yafei came to the house and made some suggestions using cultured marble.  The cultured marble sounded nice and we agreed to pay an additional $2990.
He said his worker would be there Tuesday morning; he never did nor did he call.  It may sound strange but I had things to do.
The vanity was installed and both sinks leaked.  After I e-mailed him, he wrote back it would be fixed.  Eurobella fixed it 2 weeks
 later when they installed the shower walls.  The frameless shower door was not ready and was installed July 15.  The man who
 installed it said not to use it for 24 hours.  When my wife tried to use it 36 hours later it leaked at the wall and we immediately stopped using it fearing it leaked behind the marble.   Yafei came out this past Saturday saying nothing like this had ever
happened before and he would fix everything first thing Monday morning.  Well, its 11:30AM there has been no show and
no call.  Looking at the shower more closely, the door is not aligned properly, there is no caulking on the top of the panels and 
the caulking that was done is sloppy and looks bad.  One of the panels is not flush against the wall.  Now I am worried 
if I let him do the work my house will be damaged more.  The bathroom worked when he started and now my bathroom is a mess and 2 months are wasted. Eventually they corrected their errors and I have raised my rating."
