He explained and showed me the rekeying process and completed the work in around 2 to 2 1/2 hours. I enjoyed seeing the process and learning that it was most effective for our needs rather than buying all new locks. Avery and Justin knew immediately our needs and performed them well. "I called several places (all found on Angie's List) and I was really disappointed in how much it would cost to have someone come out and then how little information the person answering the phone would give me about an approximate cost to get a capacitor replaced if that was indeed the culprit. One company quoted me and quot;anywhere from $130 to $287and quot; like that was a reasonable range. Anyway, I called A Advantage and the woman who answered was very helpful and told me exactly what to expect if the capacitor was broken. <br /> She did tell me she couldnt give me an estimate if something else was wrong because the technician would have to figure that out, and that was perfectly reasonable to me. The two technicians showed up on time and were very efficient. They were very honest and trustworthy about what was wrong with the unit (it was the capacitor). They let me know how old my unit was and that it was otherwise working fine, and they recommended I get yearly checkups. The whole thing took less than 20 minutes, the price was great (110 for the visit and 55 for the part), and I will definitely be recommending this company to everyone I know!"

Potomac Mechanical Contractors came out with a two man crew, diagnosed the pipe was sweated in from the outside so needed to find where it came into the house. Had to cut open a small piece of ceiling drywall in basement to locate pipe but was able to do so and replace with new faucet that is working great. Deal price via Angie's List was the price paid. Good, respectful workers and prompt response from company."

Widened a couple doors and had to do some plumbing and electrical. The workers were professional, did a good job, everything works well, and it looks excellent. Good attention to details. In fact, the project manager noticed Home Depot shipped the wrong shower piece. He was able to get it sorted out before actually installing the wrong piece that saved a lot of headache and money had they installed the wrong shower base that couldn't be used. <br />"
