"High Quality, Excellent, and True Professional are a few words that describes Homefix Custom Remodeling (HCR). I purchased my first home late 2017. During my home inspection, I notice leaks in the ceiling dry wall. The Realtor called his roofing inspection team to inspect the roof. They did not know where the leak source was and thought it was from a satellite dish. The roofing guy also estimated there were 3 years of roofing life left. 4 months later, roof leaks start to occur during heavy rain. I was not happy. I thought the roofer was an expert because this is what they do day in and out. I was wrong with that assumption. June of 2018, Homefix Custom Remodeling knocked on my door and asked if I wanted a free quote for roofing, windows, or any other home repair. I told myself it wouldn't hurt to get a free quote since it will be my first quote. I had the appointment made the same day for the evening. He showed quotes from customers who got estimate from others roofing companies. He showed me the flaws in the contracts such as the warranty section. He educated me on the importance of roofing and the components that goes together to make a long lasting roof. Components include the underlayment, which act as a barrier for the roof deck. The crew did an excellent job installing the shingles and cleaning up the area. The next day, my gutters were installed also by HCR. They got sheet metal and bended to the length they need. I got the massive 6 inch gutters. This was a game changer for my roofing system. The gutters were installed in the afternoon and 1 hour after installation, it poured down really hard. I watched the gutters and water came down smoothly compared to before where it will just overflow. I compared it to my neighbor’s 4 inch gutters and water was just over flowing out the gutters.
