"It went perfectly. I called and spoke to the office immediately. They came out the next day on a Sunday prepared to give an estimate and complete the job. Everything is done. They performed quality work with quality products, very professional, clean-cut, honest, efficient, fair price. We are very happy and highly recommend them."

"We hired DH Construction about 2.5 years ago to reside the entire house, new roof, trim work etc.  Since that time we have had DH Construction out a couple of times to address minor issues. One that was created by HVAC service and Brian's guys came out replaced the siding and a couple small pieces of trim at no cost to us! <br /> The latest was to repair some water damage above the garage door created by a piece of flashing not positioned correctly. I contacted Brian and emailed a few pictures showing the issue. We scheduled a date and time that Brian and his team would meet with us. After seeing the issue and the cause his team went to work resolving the problem at no cost to us. The problem is now <br /> resolved and looks like it did when the job was completed 2.5 ago.  <br /> The service we have received from DH Construction has been excellent from day one and still now 2.5 years later.  This type of service confirms our first impression of Brian that he is an honorable and trust worthy man that I highly recommend. <br /> <br />"

"<p>Mike and his guys over at NC Home Solutions took great care of us. They screened in my patio, and gave it some real character. From the 18 in. kick plate with the built in doggy door, the screens, to the ceiling fan installation; all the work was top notch. The Aluminum material has a lifetime warranty, and will not rot or warp like wood will with this humid NC weather. My wife absolutely loves it! and all of our friends that have come by and seen the work love it as well. Adam and the work crew were great as well. This is an awesome addition to our first home, and will also bring up the property value! It was a win, win for us. I would definitely recommend NC Home Solutions to anyone interested in having quality, dependable work done on their homes.</p> <br />"

"They are a huge company and subcontract people out, but they were really on top of everything.  I was very impressed.  They were thorough and efficient, and they went above and beyond with the materials that were required.  The guy even noticed that my insulation wasn’t as nice as it could be so he put in the better insulation which was a godsend.  I would definitely work with them again."

"Initially Great! Jason came out and was very honest and knowledgeable. He shared what he would recommend to help with my structural damage / cracks and promptly sent out a report. After I made my decision to secure their services the contact  was lacking. A timeline or update would of put my mind at ease between the time they received the deposit and the actual services started. The work started and each day there was progress. Totally pleased. The final walk through: - Had a sticking door and was shown a trick to correct that by placing a rag in the door jam, the soil placed back in the ground was lumpy and full of brick/stone, brick mortar was not the right color but thought it would just lighten as it dried. A few months later...the mortar is definitely not the right color, there isn't a strap to hold down my downspouts and one of the downspouts fell off. I haven't contacted the company to correct as I will just live with the color and rig my own downspouts. The great news is I feel secure about the foundation work. <br />"

FAQs for sunroom or patio enclosure building service projects in Williamston, NC

A sunroom is a fully enclosed space with walls of windows or glass. It allows you to enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of the indoors, protected from bugs and weather. It functions as an additional room in your home. A covered patio extends your home's roof over an outdoor area, providing shade and shelter while remaining open to the fresh air. It's a great way to enjoy outdoor living while being protected from sun and rain.

Adding screens to your porch is the most budget-friendly way to enclose it. Screening keeps out insects and debris while letting you enjoy the breeze and outdoor ambiance. It's less expensive than installing full walls or glass enclosures and doesn't usually require permits, making it an efficient way to upgrade your porch.

If you're transforming your porch into a fully enclosed living space like a sunroom, you'll likely need a sturdy foundation, such as a reinforced concrete slab, to support the structure. For a simple screened-in porch, you might be able to use the existing floor and support posts without additional foundation work. It's best to consult a professional to determine what's needed for your project.

An enclosed porch can be considered a living space if it's fully enclosed with solid walls and windows, has a proper roof, and includes heating and cooling systems. It should also have direct access from inside your home. When these criteria are met, the space becomes an extension of your home's livable area.
