I have done work in the residential industry since 1993, mostly design build of Custom Homes. I would work with the customer from beginning to end, what would be known as a turn key operation. In the last few years I have done more service work, mostly trying to concentrate on Kitchen Remodel. I am the one always who does the work, I do not sub anything out. I tear out and install everything myself, this includes, Cabinets, Trim, Laminate and Quartz Counters, Plumbing fixtures, Appliances, back splashes ETC. \nAs long as you Supply and Pay for all the materials as needed, then there are no up charges on my end and you just pay me for Labor when I am done, unless its drawn out, then we can work something out.\nI'm there to provide you a service with Consulting with your design, Materials as needed and Desired Time Frame to meet your schedule and mine. What you get from me is Quality Installation of all the product you want in your Kitchen, without having to deal with a bunch of people.\nI am a Vetted Pro under Thumbtack, Porch, Pro Referral and Menards. If you would like to see References, You can find some on Thumbtack, Pro Referral and Porch. They are all set up differently but you will find all good reviews or all 5 star ratings. Menards has no Review program, they give my name out from my customer satisfaction response that comes back in and tells them directly. Obviously this the best result because they are talking directly with my customers.

"Don't let the name fool you: Mr. Damer does much more than excavation. I'm a single mom and I have an older house that's not a fixer-upper but has come up on generational updates/maintenance. I'm on a budget and can pay, but not pay twice if it's done wrong. Mr. Damer cut down and removed a very large dead tree in my yard and clear about 30 x 8' of dense shrubbery, then regraded and seeded it, and finally chainlink fenced it increasing immensely, the utility of my yard for the kids. As a USMC veteran Mr. Damer is disciplined and efficient and respectful of a family environment - a throwback to an older generation. In the house Mr. Damer has helped to begin electrical updates/upgrades installing new work lights in my basement, an oven hood and ceiling fixtures. I would highly recommend Mr.Damer to people I consider good friends!"

"These guys were great!! We had a delivery of a massive new front, all in one piece, very heavy. They handled it of total care and stored it in our garage with all the very long trim pieces for installation next day. Kind of an unusual item to deliver so was concerned about the glass, scratching, damage. Again, 5-star handling and very pleased!!"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Kimmels got us on their schedule very quickly and finished the job on time, which was essential since we had put the house on the market. Their pricing was very competitive. They provided excellent help selecting vibrant colors. They only did a so-so clean-up job, and some of the things they verbally agreed to do, they did not (specifically, painting the back sides of storm windows). But they did leave us the extra paint, so I was able to take care of that myself. The end results look great, giving the house a much-needed new look."
