In addition to new concrete front steps, I now have new vinyl-aluminum railing on all sides of my house, tasteful solar lights to go with that railing, new concrete walkways for the front of my house, and a box to shelter my packages from the elements. "Pat and his team were, by and large, fantastic. They executed on all aspects of the original quote flawlessly. The ribbon pointing around the stonework, especially in the front part of the house, turned out very nice. We're extremely happy with how the masonry looks. It went so smoothly, we added additional work onto the quote to seal the concrete and touch up paint along the exterior of the house. The painting wasn't as neat or clean as it could have been - it's probably a little step above what I could have done. Mostly importantly, when we encountered a couple of problems along the way, they were responsive and went above and beyond to sort it out. I think they approached the whole project very well, and even worked with us on the price for the add-ons. All-in-all, super solid work from a super solid contractor. Highly recommended."

"I called for an estimate on Friday morning and Steve returned my call  that afternoon.  He said he could stop by in the afternoon to give me an estimate.  I didn't have to be home but I wanted to be there and asked if he could make it before 3:15.  He was so nice to arrive a little before that time and gave me an estimate and said that he could do the work during the week of Sept. 23rd.
He was very accommodating when I asked if he could schedule the work for Wed. He said that he could but would  call me to confirm on Tues., Sept. 24th.  He called as he said he would and gave me a time when they would arrive.
Steve and his brother Ray arrived on time and worked together as an efficient team.  After the work was completed, I couldn't believe it was my house. Everything was sparkling clean.  They did an excellent job!!!!  They even put my patio furniture, flower containers and garden statues back where they belonged. Steve did some additional touch ups which was very much appreciated.
I would highly recommend Aqua Clean to anyone who needs pressure washing.  I would give them an A+ if Angie's list had a rating higher than an A which they received. They are very friendly, do great work, and are reasonably priced.
