He showed up the next day when he said he would and did a beautiful job. He did not pad the price because this was a “small job” or because I wanted it fixed right away to prevent further damage. He also did not try to talk me into more work than what I needed right now. I will absolutely be hiring them for future work on my home."

I had received 4 estimates for this work and J.W. Tull matched the lowest bid I received and also upgraded the shingles to CertainTeed Shingles. Turnaround time from estimate to roof completion was 6 days. The first day my roof was torn off, plank replacement where necessary, and shingle application. The roofing team work very efficiently and arrived at 8 am and worked through until 730 pm on the first day. The second day the team installed the rest of the roof, including a dormer that needed flat roof installation. When finished the team cleaned my yard up and ran the magnet in all surrounding areas. "Small amount of storm damage to my roof, siding, and window frames. Understandably the company was swamped with requests and overall they were great about not forgetting to come out as soon as they had time. My damage was small compared to others,so it was no problem to wait while bigger projects were being worked.
I spoke to Hope each time and she was very friendly and responsive to my requests. When they came out for the estimate they discovered some missing shingles off the roof and repaired them. I knew they were good when I asked to check for rotted wood beneath the damage and they came back and said there was no damage. Not all contractors are that honest! The final bill was within $20 of their quote...that also rarely happens with contractors.
