"Spartan called ahead, plumbers showed up on time, repaired upstairs leaking toilet flange and opened wall behind washer to search for leak (baseboard was bowing), which turned out to be non-obvious leaking washer discharge hose. They also did drywall repair behind washer, although this took 3 appointments to accomplish due to staff not showing up for work first day and confusion between Spartan and myself regarding second appointment day. Good communication from Spartan office, they called ahead and also followed up."
