"I was looking for a contractor to renovate a 2BR rental property. After meeting with several contractors I had decided to go with HD Renovations. During the walkthrough BEFORE the work started, Dominick pointed out a few things and we came up with a plan for the project. Dominick and his crew showed up on time every day and worked non-stop until the project was completed. The work was excellent! When electrical and plumbing issues came up, Dom found a solution. He was a pleasure to work with. Always responsive to every question or idea. He had great suggestions along the way and really took pride in his work. The project lasted a month when others had taken 6-8weeks and stayed very close to budget even though I had made a few additions to the original proposal. "This is an excellent construction company. Jas and his dad are just amazing and very knowledgeable on what they do. Their work ethics, suggestions, cleanup at the end of each day, attention to detail, information given at different stages, budget handling, etc was impeccable. They worked till late and with my tantrums. My project was only the backyard but half way through (after seeing their work), I ended up doing my Garage sidings- Stucco and my Front yard with them as well. One thing I liked about the dad; I discussed another in-house project with them and he recommended me NOT to do it because it would bring down the value of the house; greatly appreciated that.
