He provided photos that were helpful as he described the damage in the flue and cautioned about the possibility of carbon monoxide building up inside the chimney. He was very knowledgeable, clear and concise as he explained that inserting a liner would divert smoke and heat from corroding the clay tiles filtering into the house. The photos of missing and disintegrated tiles at the base of the flue were enough proof for me. Justin answered my questions about the work, when it could be done, how long it would take, the cost, etc. The decision to go forward was a no brainer for me and as I was comfortable with Justin's responses and he arranged for a crew to come over within the hour. Charles and Taj arrived soon after and immediately began installing the liner in the chimney. They were professional, courteous, worked well together, and completed the work in a short period of time.
