"OMG !!!!!! This company is the bomb.❤️❤️❤️ I had 4 different roof companies to come out. Robert was the best. From the first interview til the last he was very professional. There was no rushing He was very patient. Mind you I am a senior and not once did I feel I was being taking advantage of or pressured. He explained the materials they would be using. When I did decide to use him he came back out went over everything again and later that evening called and confirm that his team will be there next morning between 7-8. By 7:30 the team arrives. Omg !!!! I have no complaints the beginning to the end of tearing the roof down they gave pictures. The clean up was amazing. They did not leave until everything was completed. "Water started leaking from a bedroom ceiling… Even though the leak was probably coming from the chimney flashing, I knew the roof was old enough for replacement. Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

"Working with Pinnacle Roofing 786 was a pleasure. The owner is very responsive, pays attention to all details and aspects of the job process, and communicative. The workers that showed up arrived on time and worked quickly. We reached out to Pinnacle Roofing to inspect my roof and they pointed out some areas that needed major attention and provided options of repair versus full roof replacement. We decided to go with the full roof replacement and could not be happier. So far no issues and we already have tested the roof with snowy and wet weather. Customer service has been excellent. Timeliness is important for me in any contractor and Non-Stop is always here when they say they will be. When I need work other than the roof, Deniz has a great network of tradesmen (plumbers, electricians, tile guys) who maintain his own high standards. Even if I was dealing with one of the other trades, Deniz stopped by to make sure the job was being done correctly and with no issues. The roof job was awesome--the crew was in early, completed tear-off, and laid down the new shingles, all in one day. Most impressive was the guy who walked around the house to make sure there were no stray bits of roofing and nails left in the gardens or yard. "Excellent job Dominick the owner was on site to oversee the job. He was responsive to all our questions and concerns. He inspected the roof and showed us pictures of the damage. I also went up on the roof myself and saw the extensive damage to the T&G roof deck firsthand. They replaced all damaged T&G boards and installed the best shingle and storm guard available, GAF Timberline HDZ anti algae shingle & GAF StormGuard leak protection .
