"Came after 4pm, which was within time frame wanted, since heat wave in effect. Worked fast, machine up and running in about 15 minutes. They took my old machine away also. After they left noticed 2 small screws omitted from sides up front. Couldn't put them in myself, but left it alone since it didn't affect anything. Used silicone sealant around machine as final seal. Wish they gave more info on caring for machine down the road, otherwise service was good, and kept work area clean. Although expensive, will use them again if needed.. Purchased new machine with delivery and install."

"Gerald and Charlie showed up exactly in the time frame given me when the appointment was made. They examined the doors,which I was convinced by the people who installed them would be a problem and right away, I could see they knew what they were doing. They very friendly and totally professional. The front door had to be slightly drilled out so the new lock,which was much better than the ones the door installers used,would fit. They made everything look easy, made no mess and overall did a great job. No damage to my expensive new doors at all. Now I have excellent new locks to match my new doors."
