"Today felt like I wasted my entire day trying to get in contact over the phone with ant contactor until I gave up and called my nearest hardware store who referred me to this Contractor named Dustin. This guy was super helpful and understanding. If you live in Lake County and want to remodel your home call him!!!! 5 STARS"

"Patrick Royal from Royal Premium Homes did an excellent job. My bathroom looks amazing. I could not be happier with it. He took the time to do the job correctly. Very trustworthy. I would hire him again."

"I hired Top Leader Construction to help with remodeling our kitchen and surrounding areas (including putting new floors in the living room, half bathroom, laundry room and small bedroom). I want to reiterate that I am extremely satisfied by their services. Ron (the Project Manager) is a joy to work with. He is very professional, passionate, knowledgeable, patient and understanding. Ron kept a close eye on the project the entire time (which lasted about 2 and a half months) and made sure all the job was done on time and correctly. I also want to emphasize that Ron offered me a very reasonable price for the job, which was lower than any other contractor whom I asked for a quote. In summary, I highly recommend Top Leader Construction to anybody who wants to have a job done with a great quality at a great price."

"We loved working with Repair and Remodel Experts. They were
professional, polite, accommodating and stayed on task. They met our
deadline and the work they did was fantastic. Being a church, we
appreciated their work ethic and the demeanor of their crew. We didn't
have to worry that we would have visitors who might hear inappropriate
behavior or language coming from the construction area (which was right
next to our current office space.

"â The entire team were amazing. We were very hesitant and nervous about the remodel of our master bath as we had not done a remodel before. We interviewed others and continued to delay the project each year as we heard so many nightmarish bathroom remodel stories from friends, until we met Expert Home Builders owner. He kept his promises about budget and timing and delivered even more than we expected. His team arrived and departed according to plan, were extremely neat and even protected our very new hardwood floors (which they had to walk across numerous times daily) from any damage. Our bathroom is everything we hoped for and have been enjoying it for nearly a year. Thank you for a wonderful work !"

"not to good :( I felt I did most of the work by providing all the details floor plans and colors.  What I got back was only two floor plans and some websites to purchase living room deco and some paint samples. Not enough for the money I paid. It also took a month or so before I received these things too.
