Did you Know? Hiring expert coordination reduces stress by 50-70%.\n\nWe specialize in full-home resets that transform cluttered, overwhelming spaces into calm, functional environments that actually stay that way.\n\nWe work with busy homeowners, families, and those going through life transitions (moves, downsizing, aging in place, illness, overwhelm) to declutter, create intuitive systems, and restore a sense of control and ease in the home.\n\nOur process is hands-on and fully guided. We help you make decisions, identify what's actually worth keeping, and design spaces around how you truly live - not Pinterest perfection.\n\nFor larger projects, we can also coordinate supporting services like deep cleaning, donation removal, and haul-away, so the entire reset is handled seamlessly.\n\nEvery project is customized, but the goal is always the same:\na home that feels lighter, functions better, and stays organized long after we leave.

"Barb was fantastic and easy to work with! She has an amazing eye for detail and she made the project stress free for me. I know what I like and don’t like, but I have a hard time putting it all together. She knew what I would love and that showed me that she truly listens to her clients. I highly recommend Barb and I would refer her right away to anyone looking for an amazing interior designer."

"
I took a photograph of the furniture, which allowed me to get a quick estimate. I told Arkadiy that our cats had shredded the upholstery, so I was looking for a fabric that would hold up better in the future. He immediately showed me a number of options, then we discussed things like the firmness of the cushions and the design of the table cover. After he had the information he needed, his wife Marina continued with suggestions for matching materials, and worked out the details of scheduling and payment. We dropped off the furniture a week later. As the work progressed, I was sent photos--a nice touch! They contacted me twice, first to ask whether I'd like decorative nails on the chair and ottoman (no additional charge), and then to ask whether I'd like them to make two pillows with the extra fabric. After six weeks, the furniture was ready. It is beautiful, and I am absolutely delighted.

Arkadiy and Marina are true craftspeople. Although I didn't have her do any work for me, Marina does extraordinarily beautiful embroidery on furniture. They are meticulous. Check out their work online and at their place of business.

"

"There needs to be an A+ button!! Regency Design and Build is seriously the most amazing remodeling company I have ever worked with! As someone who has done several kitchen remodels in different homes, as well as bathroom and basement re-designing and remodeling, I can honestly say that I have never dealt with such an efficient and conscientious group of people. From start to finish, I knew exactly what was happening. Every day, Ruth would email me and let me know WHO was coming out, WHEN they were coming out and WHAT they would be doing the next day. The work they did for me (a complete basement demo and remodel) was phenomenal! I could not be more pleased. Norm's estimate was extremely fair and did not change throughout the project, unless I wanted to add on something. I will definitely work with Regency again for any remodeling or updating needs I may have. You guys are AWESOME! Thank you!"

"We are very pleased with our completed project! The end process was the best part. Our hard surface installers, John and Todd, were awesome. Their work was very professional and accommodating to our needs. It was amazing to watch these guys work over a five day period.
The carpet installers, Russ and his helper/son Ryan were equally extraordinary. Their ability to move our heavy oak furniture and carry the heavy rolls of carpet was very impressive. We were very pleased with the care and precision exhibited installing the carpet. Even the process of installing the padding and tackless strips were executed to perfection.
Now the part that had a bumpy start. Shelly was wonderful to work with regarding the sale of the job. She spent a lot of time helping us with color and product selection. But there were some issues that needed to be resolved before agreeing to the job. We compared two additional reputable stores before agreeing to Permanent Floors. In fact we found the engineered wood and one of the tiles at another store. That was part of the problem. The kitchen tile that we found elsewhere was an issue. First of all, we wanted to use two different sizes in a hopscotch pattern. Shelly and one of the other stores both said it would not be a problem. Fortunately the third store said it would not be possible since the smaller size was not available in floor tile, only wall tile. We wasted a lot of time and effort because that was not realized earlier. We tried very hard to find an alternate pattern in a different tile from all three stores. There were no others that made us happy, so we settled on the original but in a simple straight layout using only one size. Our choice turned out to be very beautiful even though we really wanted the more complicated pattern. It was confusing because the manufacturer sells the same tile under different names to different stores.
We really loved the engineered wood that we found at another store, it came in three random widths and was the perfect stain color of oak wood. Shelly initially said it was not available to her. So we went on the hunt for an alternate choice at all three stores. We could not find anything as acceptable as the first one that we really liked. At some point Shelly realized that she could get the product but under a different name. We wasted a lot of time in the process that could have been avoided.
The comparison was fairly easy regarding the products because now the three stores were almost able to compare the exact products, except for the carpeting which was not equally available. The one carpet that we liked at another store was available from Permanent Floors, again under a different name. That caused a major problem, since John who measured the job was the person ordering the materials was not aware of this. In fact he called shortly before the carpet was to be installed and the deal was signed to tell us that carpet was discontinued. This caused major stress for us since we spent so much time selecting that carpet based on color and how much we liked it. After telling him it should still be available since the other store even sent us a bigger sample of it, he checked more thoroughly. The issue was resolved after Shelly told him about the different names. A lot of this could have been avoided if there was better communication between the two of them.
In the comparison of the three stores Permanent Floors was by far the best price. It was difficult to make exact comparisons since the other stores priced their installation differently. One insisted on using cement board on our concrete slab before installing the porcelain tile. This would have incurred more cost and our dishwasher and trash compactor would not have fit due to the additional height of the flooring. Permanent Floors assured us that was not necessary. Also the other stores estimated using more material than necessary. Another factor which saved us money by using Permanent Floors.
Overall we got a job well done at the best price, and would highly recommend Permanent Floors. It pays to compare and be on top of all the details. Be sure to make it clear if you want furniture moved or carpet torn out and removed. Permanent Floors prices additionally. But the stores that included it were overpriced even with the additional services included. Stores purposely make it difficult to compare material and labor. Be sure to ask for an Angie?s List discount if you are a senior citizen.
"
