"<p>Harley and James had to take my old, very large and heavy hide-a-bed couch out and down</p> a short flight of stairs which was narrowed by a stair-chair. At the bottom of the stairs they had to lift it over both the chair and the stair banister and angle it out the front door. Easier said than done but they managed it very well. They actually made it look easy which I know it wasn't. they also had to go to my friends house and remove a recliner couch and bring it up the afore mentioned stairs and into my living room. Harley and James also loaded the old couch and recliner into my pick-up and secure it so that I could take them to the landfill. All this was done in a timely (1 hour) and professional manner. I would definitely use their services again. <br />"

"Swimmingly!! There were 2 movers who were very safety conscious (1 spotter while backing up), they used safety harness when appropriate, very polite and careful with all my belonging. The owner stopped by when the job was finished to complete the job, inquired about my satisfaction, what did I think of the movers etc. if you have a need for movers you can’t go wrong with these guys! "Everything went very well with them.  The hardest part was that we had a 21 day close for the new house which is fast and we had to wait for over a week to get the person who comes to the house to give an appraisal before we could get on their schedule.  So if you plan to use them I suggest allowing plenty of time for the process.   <br /> Once we got our move date I actually had to change it due to a work conflict...they were very helpful with changing the date...they even called me and offered me an earlier date if I wanted it.   Kahea was very helpful and had great follow up. <br />  On move day they were on time and fast.  The only minor issue was they didnt protect the feet of our sofa when they wrapped it....as they put the sofa in the truck on its side and pushed it in the wooden feet got all scraped up and it is very noticeable...it looks like a dog chewed the feet.  They should have been more careful about wrapping the feet of the sofa also.   That was the only damage which isnt tragic at all....some wood putty should fix the scratches.  We had our boxes color coded as to which room they went into....colored post it notes were taped to the boxes......then we taped signs on each door to show which color should go into that room......they were very good about putting the boxes in the correct room. <br /> The entire experience went really welll and I would highly recommend them. <br />"
