"We had a set of three projects, as follows: Replacement of Masonite siding with Hardieboard. Gutters replaced with Gutter Guard. Excellent execution. Minor issues corrected on-the-spot. Deck repair and refinishing. Needed to be right, plus no splatter on the new siding. Done perfectly. Roof shingles replaced with upgraded materials. We had a flu sweep through the crew. Storms impacted the schedule, and we insisted that the roofers take no chances with slippery conditions and lightning. A few issues resulted from these nature-sourced interruptions. However, the project manager kept us in-the-loop, and through his efforts and that of the owner, Mike, all issues were addressed, excellently. Costs reflect all three phases."

For this job, he used Atlas Pinnacle Pristine shingles. They look great and offer a host of benefits. Scheduling was easy for both the estimate and the installation. William went over the different options and materials and the pros and cons of them. I was at work for most of the installation, but when I came back, there was a new roof on with no debris in the yard and no damage to my outside items. "Ed came out very quickly to inspect our roof leak and found the issue was with a poor repair near the chimney from the previous home owners.  Our chimney is very wide creating a lot of surface area for water to run up against.  He got me in the schedule very quickly and he did the repair right.  Installed proper water proofing and metal flashing and sealed it all up very well.
In the process of the repair, the crew accidentally damaged something down on the ground near the chimney.  I won't go into all the details, other than to say Ed went above and beyond to make it right.  Things go wrong.  What's important to me is a service provider that does the right thing in these moments.  Ed certainly did that and more.
We would definitely use Ed again for future needs.
