Blantons plumber, Charlie, made a thorough inspection, came up with an acceptable plan and additional recommendations that needed to be done (which I was not able to see and evaluate), did not include unnecessary work or parts. Of course Blantons is more expensive than most companies but they are worth EVERY dollar spent! THANK YOU!!! UPDATE: 03/15/19 *** Waterproof a Basement or Foundation *** Comment: Shawn and his assistant repaired my encapsulation after a plumbing project was completed. They repaired all cuts to the encapsulation, took time to remove pipes and supports that were no longer needed, and even vacuumed to ensure my crawl space was as clean as it was before the plumbing job. "Needed a new tankless hot water heater. They made every effort to repair the old one, but in the end it needed to be replaced. Worked getting it installed late on a Friday. Only down side is that those tankless water heaters are not cheep...but not their fault. Had another estimate and it was a little more so it is what it is..."
