"Coast to Coast did an excellent job on tuck pointing the office portion of our office building. The building is approx. 30 years old. The office section of our building (approx. 7K sq. ft.) had water damage to the inside walls due to the bricks and mortar etc. on the outside of the building deteriorating due to rain and snow over the years. Romen came out to our office and spent a lot of time showing us what the problems were and recommending how he would make the repairs. After getting other estimates from other companies, we decided to use Coast to Coast. Work that was done on all three sides of our office building: removed all loose and cracked mortar joints/bricks without damaging the edges of the abutting masonry. Used commercial vacuums during the grinding operation so very little dust/debris was in the air. After cleaning and flushing with water and compressed air, any joints which were cut out were than filled with a special tuck pointing mortar. They grinded out the rust between the rusting I-Beams at the front of our building and sealed them to prevent further rusting. Waterproofed all brick and mortar work to prevent future water from coming inside. To be honest, there was even more work that was done ~ all by hand. This project took about a week. It's now been almost a year, and we have had no problems with water seeping in to the building. The work on the outside of the building (mortar/bricks etc.) matches the original construction, (which is nice)."

It was try number 5, after dealing with hard sells to rip up my basement floor taking hours, upsells, price increases, false warranties, wasting my time, this company was a breath of fresh air. They gave me a price (which was good) over the phone of which they honored. They did not try to upsell me at all, but simply offered me a choice, I could use Epoxy or the foam. They explained why the foam was better, and since had a lifetime warranty on either, we just used the foam. The guy did the work right there on the spot, and was done a few hours later, leaving no mess. We just had a huge rain, and no leaks... dry basement. These guys are the ones to hire... no sales people to waste your time measuring and calculating... just the person who does the work giving you an honest assessment and then doing it. Nice to see some of those still exist!"

"We were extremely pleased with our decision to use American Crawlspaces and Basements to waterproof our basement. The crew worked professionally and quickly. The estimate was fair and it was easy to communicate in scheduling the work, payments, questions, etc. On the day of the project, the crew arrived on time and completed the job exactly as scheduled. A dumpster was coordinated by the company and the delivery/pick up went very smoothly. The debris was cleaned at the end of the day and the work was done very well!! A few days after, a smaller crew came to finish up and set the washer/dryer back in place after the concrete was dry.
