"Installation was fine but the fence has worn in 5 years and the gates are out of alignment. We requested an inspection and repair at our cost 2 weeks ago. We followed up with office and asked owner to respond to fix the problem. We have not received a response since the inspection by Alex. Alex was very nice and professional, but the lack response by the office as a return customer is concerning."

"The guy was nice enough. I called them and they were fine, I don't have anything bad to say about it. I was hoping they would fix the problem because the water thing goes in the house, but that thing is blocked and water won't drain from there. They said you have to find a person that repairs the gutter or a plumber. I never compared the price with anybody. On the quality, only time can tell. They were supposed to give me a heads up, but the guy did not give me a heads up. The guy was nice enough, I would say he was good. The guy was prompt, he did the stuff but he couldn't help us with the things we have problems with because when they cleaned the gutters, it's supposed to drain into the ground, but that thing is blocked."

"Overall, it went well. The cost compared favorably to other estimates. The estimate was honored to the dime. Changes we asked for as the work progressed were added at reasonable cost. The wood was as good as wood gets these days. The fence was hand-assembled. The work was good and completed in a timely fashion. Glitches that did come up were addressed. The workers corrected mistakes we pointed out to the owner. Our one problem was that when we called about some warping of the wood on the gates months later, our call was not returned. The warping resolved on its own, but it was irksome not to get that callback."

Due to this there was a little confusion on a couple things, but after contacting Jeff his crew came out and fixed my concerns within a couple days of our phone conversation. I am pleased with the final product and as long as Aspen sticks to their word on the guarantee of their work I will continue to be a happy customer. I would recommend Aspen to anyone, but I would just say to make sure both parties are clear on what needs to be accomplished to avoid any issues.
