"From start to finish the process was smooth and communication was great. I scheduled an estimate appointment, but had to cancel a few days before - they were very accommodating and were happy to reschedule. When the tech arrived to survey the house he immediately got to work and took the time to walk me through all of the options. I liked that he provided info rather than a sales push - on several occasions he pointed out that it might not be necessary to do x and y due to cost/effectiveness which showed me he was being upfront and not overselling. I picked out a system that fit our needs and within a week it was installed and ready to do. The installation process took about 4 hours and the same tech who provided the estimate did the work. After the instal was complete he took the time to walk me through the set up and gave me his cell number should I have any questions. With his help the washer and dryer were delivered to our house the next morning saving us a trip to the laundromat. The deliver men Aaron and Joe arrived exactly at the designated time. After removing some doors they quickly removed both the old washer and dryer. There was a concern that the hose from the washer would not extend far enough to the laundry tub. With some creativity that problem was easily solved. The removal of the old washer and dryer and the installation of the new washer and dryer took under an hour to complete.
