"It could not have gone better ! I needed to have my outside window shutters painted. I was wondering who I could use and then I remembered that Modern View Kitchen and Bath Remodeling also did exterior painting. I called Mark, the owner, who redid a shower for me as well as added some new countertops, if he did exterior painting. He said that he did and that he could get to the job in a week. John, who is an excellent worker, came by. He took down the shutters cleaned them painted them and hung them back up. It was not a major job but Mark is willing to do jobs that are both big and small. I will not hesitate to use Modern View when I have another household project be it big or small."

His sons Luis and Emilio were so reliable and did such a perfectionist job, showing up every day on time, that I asked them to do the remodel of our main bathroom. We are so pleased with the attention to detail and careful work they did with the tile and floors, bathroom fixtures etc. They came for 12 days straight, which I so appreciated since we only had a 1/2 bath besides the one they were working on! They helped me design the basement remodel (about 1000 sq feet) with a bathroom, bedroom, kitchen/bar, tv area, storage, coat closet and kids area including building it all out. They walked us through the different steps of the build out and made wonderful suggestions on what would look best or makes the most sense in layout, electrical switches/outlets, etc. Their carpentry, tiling and stone work is impressive as you can see from the pictures.
